Welcome to the Fisherman's Tavern, for traditional hospitality
It's the only Scottish pub to feature in every edition of the Camra Good Beer Guide since it launched in 1974 and its history goes back longer than that. Snuggled within three pretty seaside cottages painted pink, lime and yellow, The Fisherman's Tavern has been offering hospitality since 1827. Inside, it's just as atmospheric as you'd expect, with low ceilings, ancient wooden fittings and a warren of cosy corners, with additional drinking in the beer garden at the rear and on the street during the summer months. It's a hit with locals, holidaymakers and real ale drinkers, as well as the residents of the 12-bedroom hotel.
